| 摘 要： | 目的：研究养胃安神口服液对小鼠的镇静、安神和促进消化作用，揭示该药对中老年人失眠的作用机制。方法：通过抖笼换能器法观察该药对小鼠的镇静作用；与其他安眠药物对照，观察该药对戊巴比妥钠阈剂量小鼠睡眠时间的影响；通过灌胃给药，观察该药对小鼠小肠墨水推进率的影响。结果：大剂量养胃安神口服液能抑制小鼠自发活动，对小鼠睡眠与戊巴比妥钠有协同作用，能促进小鼠小肠蠕动。结论：养胃安神口服液具有明显的镇静、安神和促进消化作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of Yangwei Anshen oral liquid on sedation, sleep and digestion of experimental rats, and discover the mechanism of oral liquid on elder patients of insomnia. Methods The oral liquid and other medicine wree observed in sedation and the sleep time of mice when they were given in a subliminal dose of Nembuta. The mice were feed with oral liquid and other medicines to observe effect of the oral liquid on mouse's intestine movement. Results Yangwei Anshen oral liquid could inhibit the spontaneous activity and cooperate with pentobarbital sodium to affect the sleep time of mice. It can accelerate small intestine movement. Conclusion The Yangwei Anshen oral liquid has obvious effect on sedation, hypnosis and helping digestion. |
