| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Adinbitor对B16黑色素瘤细胞增殖、凋亡及迁移能力的影响。方法 MTT法检测Adinbitor对B16黑色素瘤细胞增殖的影响;双苯并咪唑(Hoechst33258,Ho)染色法观察Adinbitor作用于B16黑色素瘤细胞后细胞形态的改变;结晶紫染色法和聚碳酸酯膜浸润试验观察其对黑色素瘤细胞体外黏附以及迁移的影响。结果 Adinbitor可呈剂量依赖性方式抑制B16黑色素瘤细胞的增殖,其抑制B16黑色素瘤细胞增殖的ID50为2.68μmol/L。Adinbitor可明显诱导黑色素瘤细胞凋亡,并且剂量依赖性地抑制瘤细胞的黏附和迁移(P<0.01)。结论 Adinbitor在体外能够显著降低黑色素瘤细胞的黏附及迁移能力,有效地抑制黑色素瘤细胞的增殖,同时促进细胞凋亡。
