摘    要:目的:建立一种快速有效的大鼠腹腔异位心脏移植模型。方法:封闭群Wistar及Lewis近交系大鼠各40只,行Wistar大鼠间移植及Lewis大鼠间移植腹腔异位心脏移植。心脏移植在Ono术式的基础上加以改进:将受体鼠的腹主动脉及下腔静脉略作游离后用血管钳阻段,不分离二者,亦不结扎二者的分支;将供心的升主动脉及主肺动脉分别与受体的腹主动脉和下腔静脉做端侧吻合,将供心移植于受体的腹腔内。结果:共建立40只大鼠异位心脏移植模型,手术成功率92.5%。供心总缺血时间(22±3)min,手术总时间(55±8)min。供心平均存活时间:Wistar大鼠为(8.6±1.1)d,Lewis大鼠除1只用于取标本,其余30d时仍然存活。结论:本方法可提高手术成功率,缩短供心缺血时间。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a rapid and functioning heterotopic heart transplantation model in rats. Methods:Forty closed population Wistar rats and 40 inbred line Lewis rats were used to perform the Wistar to Wistar and Lewis to Lewis heteropopic heart transplantation. Based on Ono's procedure, some modification was made: the abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava of the recipient were slightly freed and then blocked with an atraumatic blood vessel clamps, with the branches of the two vessels remained untouched. The ascending aorta and pulmonary artery trunk of the donor heart were end to side anastomosed respectively to the abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava of the recipient. Results: The model of heterotopic heart transplantation was accomplished in 40 rats. The rate of success was 92.5% ,the mean time of ischemia of donor heart was (22±3) minutes, and the total time of operation was (55±8) minutes. The survival time of the donor heart was (8.6±1. 1) days in Wistar rats and more than 30 days in Lewis rats, except 1 for pathologic examination on day 6. Conclusion:The modified method can improve the success rate and decrease the ischemia time of the transplanted heart.
