吸毒人员共用注射器危险因素Logistic分析

目的:探讨吸毒人员使用别人用过注射器的危险因素,为有关部门控制艾滋病提供理论依据。方法:通过流行病学现场研究方法进行研究。结果:对968名吸毒人员进行调查研究,通过Logistic模型分析,筛选出吸毒人员使用别人用过注射器的危险因素为性别、年龄、文化程度、民族、一个看上去健康的人会是艾滋病感染者、与艾滋病人或感染者有过性交是否会传染艾滋病、由注射吸毒转为口吸可以预防艾滋病、静脉注射毒品时间。结论:吸毒人员使用别人用过注射器的危险因素主要是年龄、性别、吸毒时间和艾滋病知识。加强吸毒人员的艾滋病知识的宣传教育,减少吸毒人员的艾滋病感染率。

The Logistic Analysis of Risk Factors on Drug Addicts Using the Secondhand Injectors

Objective: Through probing into risk factors on drug addicts using the secondhand injectors, so as to provide the theoretical evidences for the department concerned to control AIDS epidemic situation. Methods: We adopted Epidemiological Field Research Method to study it. Results: We carried out investigation and research on 968 drug addicts. Through analyzing by the Logistic model, we screened out some risk factors, which caused drug addicts to use the secondhand injectors, such as sex, age, educational attainments, nationality, someone looked well but actually infected by AIDS/HIV, whether the venereal infection occurs or not if someone had the sexual intercourse experience with AIDS patient or HIV infected person, it could prevent AIDS if someone changes injecting drug to inhale it, the time injecting drug through vein. Conclusions: The main risk factors that caused drug addicts to use the secondhand injectors were age, sex, the time injecting drug through vein and knowledge about AIDS. It is suggested that the department concerned strengthen the propaganda and education about AIDS knowledge to drug addicts, so as to reduce the AIDS infection rate of drug addicts.
