| 摘 要： | 目的:建立八味獐牙菜丸中獐牙菜苦苷及龙胆苦苷的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为岛津VP-ODS C1(8250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液(梯度洗脱),检测波长为237nm。流速为0.8mL.min-1;柱温为30℃。结果:獐牙菜苦苷在0.12～0.60mg.mL-1范围内峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9999,平均回收率96.27%,RSD值为1.52%(n=9)。龙胆苦苷在0.04～0.20mg.mL-1范围内峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9999,平均回收率96.24%,RSD值为1.53%(n=9)。结论:方法快速,准确,重复性好,可作为八味獐牙菜丸的质量指标。

Determination of Swertimarin and gentiamarin in Bawei Zhangyacai pill by HPLC |

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of Swertimarin and gentiamarin in Bawei Zhangyacai pill.Method： Column for Shimadzu VP-ODS C 18（250mm ×4.6mm,5μm）,the mobile phase was methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid（gradient elution）,the detection wavelength was 237nm.Uses swertiamarin as reference,the flow rate was 0.8mL.min-1;column temperature was 30℃.Results： Swertimarin injection volume in from 0.12～0.60mg.mL-1 range peak area and concentration showed a good linear relationship,the correlation coefficient of 0.9999,the average recovery rate was 96.27%,RSD is 1.52%（n =9）.Gentiamarin injection volume in from 0.02～0.20mg.mL-1 range peak area and concentration showed a good linear relationship,the correlation coefficient of 0.9999,the average recovery rate was 96.24%,RSD is 1.53%（n =9）.Conclusion： The method is fast,accurate,reproducible,and can be used as the indicator of the quality of the Bawei Zhangyacai pill. |
