| 摘 要： | 探讨了盐酸酸丁咯地尔氯化钠注射液中氯化钠对该药有关物质检查的影响。采用高效液相色谱法，同时以0．9％氯化钠溶液作空白对照。氯化钠所产生的峰面积对该项目的检查影响很大。在盐酸丁咯地尔氯化钠注射液的有关物质检查中应排除氯化钠的干扰。

| Abstract: | An HPLC method is developed for the determination of related substances in buflomedil hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection. 0 9% NaCl solution was determined for blank. The results shown that the effect of sodium chloride is big and the interference must be removed in the determination of related substances. |
