贲门癌的X线诊断

目的研究分析贲门癌的气钡双对比连影的X线表现，提高对贲门癌的X线诊断水平。方法本文对39例经手术后病理检查证实为贲门癌的胃双对比钡餐造影X线表现分析。结果贲门部软组织肿块（35例），表现为结节状、分叶状、半球形；贲门区龛影（5例），多数为浅龛影；食道下段浸润（32例），呈索条状粘膜下浸润；胃体小弯侧僵硬（9倒），小弯侧胃壁僵硬，与正常胃壁闯形成小切迹或凹陷，粘膜变平．消失。结论X线气钡双重造影是诊断贲门癌的首选方法。良好的双对比钡餐造影，取多体位、不同角度，全方位观察，可以提高贲门癌的X线捡出率。

X-ray Diagnosis of Gastric Cardia Carcinoma

Objective By analysising gas double-contrast barium enema X-ray images, to improve the diagnosis accuracy of carcinoma of gastric cardia.Methods Comparing gas double-contrast barium enema X-ray images by analysis 39 cases of gastric cardia carcinoma which be confirmd by post surgery pathology,Results Tissue tumors of cardiac part（35） show nodesity, lobulated, semisphere X-ray images. 5 cases of cardiac part（5） show superficial niche signs. 32 cases of esophagus inferior segment infiltration show streak suhmucons infiltration.9 cases of lesser curvature of stomach are stiff, forming little notches and hollows between normal gastric wall. Gastric mucosa become flat and vanished. Conclusion Gas double-contrast barium enema is gold standard to diagnosis the gastric cardia carcinoma.Better gas double-contrast barium enema, multiple body positions, different angles and omnibearing observation can improve X-ray diagnosis accuracy of carcinoma of gastric cardia.
