摘    要:目的:考察SPSS和Excel对血管外给药的药动学参数的拟合效果。方法:采用SPSS,Excel对参数理论值产生的血药浓度和实测血药浓度进行曲线拟合。结果:通过理论参数和实例分析,显示Excel规划求解法的拟合效果良好,基本上与SPSS法相近。结论:Excel规划求解法可作为获取血管外给药药动学参数有效而简便的方法。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To compare the fitting effects of SPSS and Excel for pharmacokinetic parameters of one-or twocompartment model of extravenous administration. METHODS The nonlinear regression of SPSS and the program solution of Excel was used for fitting concentration-time data from the simulation of two-compartment model with the 1st order absorption and from previously 15ublished experimental. RESULTS The effect of program solution of Excel was basically as effective as the nonlinear regression of SPSS. CONCLUSION Program solution of Excel may be an effective and simple method to obtain pharmacokinetic parameters of one and two compartments model of extravenous administration.
