大鼠烫伤复合内毒素血症肾皮质微循环的形态学研究

摘    要:研究了烫伤复合内毒素血症大鼠肾皮质微循环的形态学变化。光镜下,肾小球、间质均充血肾小一肿胀、呈分叶状改变、鲍曼氏囊狭窄。肾小管上皮细胞浊肿变性、坏死,肾管内可见大量细胞型和透明管型。透射电镜下,肾小球内皮细胞肿胀、窗孔消失,白细胞常嵌塞于毛细管腔内,足突细胸大片融合。

Abstract:The morphological changes of renal cortex microcirculation were studied in rats with burns acompanied with endotoxemia. The results observed by light microscopy were as follows: Glomeruli and mesenchyme were hyperemized. Glomeruli were swellen and foliated; Bowman's space was narrowed, epithelia of renal tubules were degenerated and necrosed and many cell and hyaline casts were found in tubular cavities. The resu Its observed by transmission electron microscopy were as the follows: Endothelia of glomeruli were swellen and the pores disappeared; leucocytes were impacted in the capillary lumina and podocytes were confluent. The above results suggest that the disturbance of renal cortex microcirculation in compound damage was severer than that in burns or endotoxemia because of severe lesion of endothelia and epithelia. and that DS-182 could protect endothelia and lessen the damage of renal cortex microcirculation.
