| 摘 要： | 目的:总结脑动脉瘤致动眼神经麻痹的数字减影血管造影(DSA)的表现。方法:对85例DSA证实为脑动脉瘤患者的临床及DSA表现进行分析。结果:脑动脉瘤致动眼神经麻痹的发生率约占全部脑动脉瘤的16.5％,后交通动脉瘤最易导致动眼神经麻痹,约占全部后交通动脉瘤的40％。DSA可以真实直观地反映导致动眼神经麻痹的脑动脉瘤的特征。结论:对于部分动眼神经麻痹的患者应行DSA检查,以明确或排除脑动脉瘤的可能。

| Abstract: | Objective: To conclude the performance of digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in detecting oculomotorius paralysis caused by cerebral aneurysms. Methods: The clinical manifestations and cerebral DSA findings in 85 patients were analyzed. Results: The incidence of oculomotor paralysis caused by cerebral aneurysms was about 16.5% .Arteriae communicant posterior cerebri were liable to cause the disease about 40% of total aneurysms communicans posterior. DSA could fully and actually reflect the features of the cerebral aneurysms causing isolated oculomotor paralysis .Conclusion:DSA should be performed in patients with oculomotor paralysis in order to determine the possibility of the brain aneurysms. |
