影响数字静脉尿路造影影像质量的原因分析

摘    要:目的分析静脉尿路造影影像质量的影响因素,探讨解决办法。方法收集我院2010年5月至2012年5月行数字X线静脉尿路造影的100例影像质量属合格等级患者资料,由1位资深主任医师和1位资深副主任技师带领质量控制小组阅片、讨论和分析影像质量及其影响因素。结果造影前准备不充分,肠内容物多,肾影欠清,腹影灰暗,尿路影暗淡,影像伪影多、对比差有41例,占研究总例数41.0%;患者腹部不适、饥饿或肠管受刺激,肠腔积气多,尿路影受干扰,影像分辨率低有28例,占研究总例数28.0%;未很好掌握最佳曝光时间,肾盂、肾盏或输尿管或膀胱显影不够充盈,尿路影像质量欠佳有19例,占研究总例数19.0%;数字影像后处理技术欠佳,影像淡白或灰黑,对比差有12例,占研究总例数12.0%。结论肠内容物、肠腔气体、摄影时不抓住最佳曝光时间和数字影像后处理技术不当均影响静脉尿路造影影像质量。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the reasons that affect intravenous urography image quality, and discuss settle way. Methods During May 2010 to May 2012, the digital X ray intravenous urography of 100 cases with imaging quality of qualified grade were collected, a senior director and a senior associate chief technician leaded quality control group to read, discuss and analyze the image quality and its influencing factors. Results Inadequate angiography preparation, intestinal contents, kidney shadow was not clear, image artifacts, contrast, abdominal shadow gray, urinary tract shadow dim in 41 cases, accounting for the 41.0% of total number; twenty-eight patients with abdominal discomfort, hunger or intestinal irritation, intestinal pneumatosis, the urinary tract were interferenced, and image resolution was low, accounting for 28.0% of the total number; without a very good grasp of the optimum exposure time, renal pelvis, renal calyx or ureteral or bladder developed insufficient filling, urinary tract imaging quality was poor in 19 cases, accounting for 19.0% of the total number ; digital image post-processing technology owes beautiful, pale or dark gray image, poor contrast in 12 cases, accounting for 12.0% of the total number of cases. Conclusion Intestinal contents, intestinal gas, when photography do not seize the best exposure time and inappropriate digital image processing technology can influence the image quality of intravenous urography.
