宽叶羌活化学成分的研究

摘    要: 从宽叶羌活(NotopterygiumforbesiiBoiss.)的地下部分甲醇提取物中分得16个化合物。经理化常数和光谱分析,鉴定为佛手素、异前胡素、佛手内酯、cnidilin、p-hydroxyphenethylanisadte、demethylfuropinnarin、4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基芪、notopterol、farcarineiol、反式阿魏酸、紫花前胡内酯、紫花前胡甙、佛手酚、6-氧-反式阿魏酰基紫花前胡甙、佛手酚-β-D-吡喃葡荡糖苷、β-谷甾醇-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖甙。其中,4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基芪和farcarindiol系首次从该中药中分得。

Abstract:Sixteen constituents were isolated from underground parts of Notopterygium forbe-siiBoiss. Chemical evidence and spectra data analysis showed that they consist of bergamottin(1),isoimperatorin(2),bergapten(3),cnidilin(4),p-hydroxyphenethyl anisate(5),demethyl-furopinnarin(6),4'-hydroxy-3, 5-dimethoxystilbene(7),notopterol(8),farcarindiol(9),trans-fer-ulic acid(10),nodakenetin(11), nodakenin(12),bergaptol(13),6'-O-(trans-feruloyl) nodakenin(14),bergaptol-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(15),β-sitosteryl -O-β-D-glucopyranoside (16).
