摘    要:本文以家兔急性实验性血清病为模型,用环孢菌素A(CyA)于抗原诱导早期和晚期分别处理家兔。发现早期或晚期用药均可以降低家兔特异性抗体和IC水平,减少补体消耗,抑制溶酶体酶释放和肾小球内单核细胞浸润,最终减轻肾脏病变。但早期用药效果优于晚期。本文进一步证实了T细胞在免疫复合物型肾小球肾炎发病中可能起介导作用,单核细胞浸润与肾脏的病理损伤密切相关,提出CyA不仅对于刚建立的免疫反应有抑制作用,而且影响疾病的进程。

Abstract:Rabbits with acute experimental serum sickness (AESS) were used in this study. They were treated with cyclosporin A (Cy A)at both early and late stages after antigen induction. It was found that at both the stages, Cy A could reduce the serum levels of specific antibodies and immune complexes, lessen the consumption of complements, and inhibit lysosomal enzyme release and inlraglomerular monocytic infiltration. These resulted in improvement of pathological changes of the kidneys. The therapeutic effects of Cy A were more prominent at the early stage than at the late one. The results further indicate that T cell may play a role in mediating the immune comlex glomerulonephritis and that monocytic infiltration is closely related to the pathological changes of the kidneys. It is suggested that Cy A could not only inhibit early immune response but also alter the course of AESS favourably.
