| 摘 要： | 目的: 探讨乳腺癌根治术后应用上蒂横行腹直肌肌皮瓣或游离腹部皮瓣Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳房再造的适应证、方法、效果及可行性. 方法: 本组选择性地对45例乳腺癌患者,在根治术的同时或术后应用上蒂横行腹直肌肌皮瓣或游离腹部皮瓣进行乳房再造. 结果: 随访2～44个月,再造乳房自然、柔软、外观形态良好.Ⅰ期乳房再造满意率96.30%、Ⅱ期乳房再造满意率88.89%. 结论: 乳腺癌根治术后乳房再造既达到了治疗的目的,又弥补了因乳房切除给患者带来心理压力、精神创伤和形体缺陷,是值得推广的好方法.

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the methods, effect and feasibility of TRAM and DIEP for breast reconstruction. Methods: Immediate and delayed breast and nipple-areola reconstruction after radical and modified mastectomy were used for 45 women patients with breast cancer. Results: All patients were followed up for 2 to 44 months. Satisfaction rate was 96.30% for immediate and delay breast reconstruction was 88.89%. Conclusion: This is good method for the treatment of breast cancer. This method is worth and spread. |
