摘    要:目的:观察大鼠腮腺内5-羟色胺(5-HT)受体的分布。方法:免疫组织化学ABC法。抗5-HT的抗体是兔源性的抗5-HT独特型抗体,购于第四军医大学。结果:大鼠腮腺的各级导管的上皮细胞、毛细血管及小血管的内皮细胞均呈5-HT受体免疫反应阳性,免疫反应物分布于胞质,胞核为阴性反应。结论:大鼠腮腺各级导管上皮细胞内有5-HT受体,说明大鼠腮腺可能有自分泌5-HT的功能。

Abstract:Objective: To study the location of 5-THR in the parotid gland of rats.Methods:Immunohistochemical ABC method was used. The antibody against the 5-HT receptor was the anti-idiotypic antibody to 5-HT antibody and was purchased from the Fourth Military Medical University. Results:The epithelial cells of all gland ducts , capillaries and small blood vessels showed 5-HTR immunoreactivity in cytoplasma, but nuclear staining was negative. Conclusion:The epithelial cells of all gland ducts are of 5-HTR immunoreaction in cytoplasma, indicating that the parotid gland of rats may possess 5-HT autocrine function.
