| 摘 要： | 目的探讨角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉手术方法的改进及治疗效果。方法对42例(47眼)采用逆行切除并带角膜缘干细胞结膜瓣自体移植的方法治疗翼状胬肉,随访观察复发情况。结果术后追踪观察0.5～2年,1例复发,复发率2.38%。结论带角膜缘干细胞结膜瓣自体移植具有复发率低、美容效果好的特点,是治疗翼状胬肉的一种较好方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe the improvement of surgical methods and their effects on pterygium treatment in autografting with corneal limbus stem cells.Methods All95cases(47eyes)of pterygium were treated by retrograde pterygium resection and autografting of corneal limbus stem cells with conjunctival flap,the recurrence was followed up.Results The follow-up period was from6months to2years,1case recurred,the recurrence rate was2.38%.Conclusion Autografting conjunctiva flap with corneal limbus stem cells has such characters as lower recurrence rate and better cosmetic effect,so it is a better surgical method for the treatment of pterygium. |
