| 摘 要： | 目的研究改良手术方式对慢性硬膜下血肿的疗效。方法慢性硬膜下血肿病人129例,随机分成两组,一组采用传统手术方法,一组采用改良手术方法,以术后72小的CT表现来确定疗效。结果改良手术方法CT正常率87.5%,传统手术方法CT正常率69.23%,差异有显著性。结论改良手术方法优于传统方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effects of the modified surgical management for the patients with chronic subdural hematoma.Methods We distributed randomly 129 chronic subdural hematoma patients into two groups and then treated them by the methods of traditional and modified operation respectively.The curative effects of the two methods were determined by the CT appearance 72 hours later after operation.Results The normal CT appearances were discovered in 87.5% and 69.23% of the patients in two groups... |
