| 摘 要： | 目的测定凤尾草中总黄酮的含量。方法采用60％乙醇提取，NaNO2-Al（NO）3-NaOH显色，利用紫外分光光度法测定凤尾草中的总黄酮含量，检测波长为510nm。结果回归方程为C=0．0845A＋0．00149，r=0．9993，总黄酮质量浓度在0．0184—0．0736mg／mL范围内与吸收度线性关系良好，平均加样回收率为98．61％，RSD=1．83％（n=6）。凤尾草中总黄酮含量为56．93～58．25mg／g。结论该方法操作简便，稳定性好，结果可靠，可作为凤尾草中总黄酮的含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the total flavonoids content in Pteris muhifida. Methods The substantance was extracted with 60% alcohol and coloured with NaNO2-Al（NO）3- NaOH. UV spectrophotometry was used to detemine the total flavonoids content in Pteris multifida, and the detection wavelength was 510 nm. Results The absorbency and concenteation of total flaronoids had good linearity in the range of 0. 018 4 -0. 073 6 mg/mL. The regression equation was C =0. 084 5A ＋0. 001 49, r =0.999 3. The total flavonoids content from Pteris multifida was 56.93 -58.25 mg/g, RSD = 1.06%. The average recovery rate was 98.61% , RSD = 1.83% （ n =6）. Conclusion The method is simple, stable and reliable, whlch can be used to determine the total flavonoids content in Pteris multifida. |
