| 摘 要： | 为提高肾综合征出血热（ＨＦＲＳ）合并急性肾功能衰竭（ＡＲＦ）的治愈率，对４０例危重型ＨＦＲＳ合并ＡＲＦ血浆中分子物质（ＭＭＳ）在３５０ｕ／ｄｌ以上的患者，采用血液灌流及血液透析联合治疗（ＨＰ／ＨＤ）。结果对ＭＭＳ的清除率（５２％）明显高于对照组（２８％），治愈率达到９２．５％亦较对照组（８６．１％）显著提高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示：ＨＰ／ＨＤ清除尿素氮、肌酐等小分子同时，能较理想的清除尿毒症主要毒性物质之一ＭＭＳ，从而提高了ＨＦＲＳ合并ＡＲＦ患者的治愈率。

| Abstract: | n order to raise the cure rate of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HPRS)complicating acute renal failure (ARF),40 patients of severe HFRS complicating ARFwere treated with hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion.The plasma level of me-dium molecular substance (MMS) was higher than 350u/dl in these patients.The resultsshowed that the elimination rate(52%)of MMS was higher in study group than that(28%)in control group(P<0.01). The cure rate was raised to 92.5% which wasmuch higher than that(86.1%)of control group(P<0.01).The study idicated thatthis method not only can eliminate urea,creatinine and other small molecular substan-ces but also can absorb MMS which is one of the main toxic substances of uremia,thus increase the cure rate of the disease. |
