儿童社区获得性肺炎住院患儿366例肺炎支原体感染状况的观察

目的分析366例儿童社区获得性肺炎（CAP）住院患儿病原中肺炎支原体感染状况，为临床经验性治疗提供依据。方法对366例住院的CAP患儿按年龄分4组，0～1岁组128例；2—3岁组108例；4～6岁组55例；7～14岁组75例。抽取4组患儿急性期血清标本进行肺炎支原体IgM抗体检测，对不同年龄及不同季节的肺炎支原体感染率进行比较。结果366例CAP患儿肺炎支原体检测阳性87例（23．8％），其中7～14岁组阳性率最高，为58．7％（44／75）；其次为4～6岁组，为40．0％（22／55）；2～3岁组感染率为13．0％（14／108），0～1岁组感染率为5．5％（7／128），各年龄组相比较有统计学意义；不同季节肺炎支原体的感染率不同，自4～6月份开始肺炎支原体感染阳性率明显增加，且逐渐增高，以10～12月份最高。结论肺炎支原体感染在年龄分布上以学龄期儿童多见，季节特点为秋冬季节高发。

A study of myoplasma infection in 366 cases of children's community acquired pneumonia

Objective To investigate the myoplasma infection in children's community acquired pneumonia (CAP).Methods From May 2007 to May 2008,thine hundred and sixty-six patients in department of respiratory 0f Dalian Children's Hospital were divided into four groups.Serum viruS antibodies were detected after 1 week of disease natural course.Results The overall positive rate of myoplasma IgM antibodies was 23.8%.The ratios of myoplasma infection among the four groups were respectively 5.5%,13.0%,40.0%and 58.7%,showing sisnificant difierences.Condusions The myoplasma infection is closely related to season and age.It usually has a high incidence in children of school age and happens more frequently in autumn and winter than in other seasons.
