中医药教育国际化的重要任务——全球中医药教育基本标准的建立

为保证中医药国际化发展的内在质量,有必要建立起全球中医药教育基本标准。这将直接决定中医药医疗实践的整体水平和在世界各地的平衡发展,同时也是中医药向世界传播过程中保持自身理论体系完整性和独特性的重要保证。中医药教育国际标准应包含教育宗旨及目标、教育计划及方式、学生考核、教学人员、教育评估、教学资源及教育管理等多个方位,并立足于中医药教育的共同核心。中医药教育国际标准的制定必须基于对中医药人才发展性的认识上,既要根据目前中医药在不同国家或地区的客观实际,也需对今后中医药的国际化发展有前瞻性的考虑。为此内地中医药院校必须在人才培养模式上取得更多的共识,发挥主导作用。

Important task of internalization of Chinese medicine education

A global criterion on education of Chinese medicine should be established to guarantee the inside quality of internationalization of Chinese medicine education. This may directly influence the whole level of medical practice and balancing development of Chinese medicine all over the world. This is also an important pledge for keeping complete and unique nature of theories of Chinese medicine during its entry into the world. International criterion of Chinese medicine education should include many aspects such as educational objectives and target,educational plan and method,student examination,teaching faculty,teaching evaluation,teaching resources and educational administration etc. which all take education of Chinese medicine as the common core. Establishment of the criterion should be based on the understanding of nurturing qualified professionals,taking into consideration not only objective reality in different countries and regions but also development of internationalization of Chinese medicine in the future. Therefore colleges and universities of Chinese medicine in mainland China should play a more leading role in selecting sound talent nurturing modes.
