髋臼骨折82例外科治疗

目的：探讨髋臼骨折的外科治疗方法、注意事项及临床意义。方法：对82例髋臼骨折患者术前严格分型，根据不同类型采用不同的手术切口，进行切开复位内固定，按自定的髋臼功能评定方法，评定关节功能恢复情况。结果：82例病人平均随访29．3个月，术后关节功能恢复优52例(63．4％)，良19例(23．2％)，一般6例(7．3％)，差5例(6．4％)。结论：切开复位内固定，即时恢复关节面平整，早期关节功能锻炼是髋臼骨折治疗的重要手段。

Surgical treatment of acetabular fractures:a study of 82 patients

Objective: To investigate the method, contraindication, and clinical significance of the surgical treatment of acetabular fractures. Methods: 82 cases of acetabular fractures were classified strictly before operation, and were treated by different incision, open reduction and internal fixation methods accordingly. The functional recovery of joint after operation was evaluated according to our grading standard. Results: The mean follow-up period was 29.3 months. 52 cases were excellent at functional recovery, 19 were good, 6 were fair, only 5 were bad. [WT5HZ]Conclusion: Open reduction, internal fixation and smoothness recovery of articular face timely are the key steps in the treatment of acetabular fractures.
