| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨脑卒中患者肩手综合征的预防和护理方法。方法:将2000年2月以后收治的脑卒中患者66例作为观察组,采用合理的肢体位置摆放、运动训练和冷热水交替浸泡等方法进行预防和护理。将2000年2月以前收治的30例脑卒中患者作为对照组。结果:观察组肩手综合征发生率为9.09%,对照组发生率为26.67%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:对脑卒中患者进行系统的预防和护理可以减少肩手综合征的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the systematic prevention and nursing for the complicated shoulder-hand syndrome of the patients with cerebral stroke. Methods: 66 cases with cerebral stroke (admitted after Feb. 2002) were studied as observed group and another 30 cases (admitted before Feb.2000) as control group. Preventive measures were taken in the observed group, including the corrective positioning of limbs and trunk, physical exercise training as well as alternative water immersion therapy. Results: The rate of occurrence of shoulder-hand syndrome was 9.09% observed group and 26.67% in control group. There was a remarkable difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: The systematic prevention and nursing care can reduce the occurrence of shoulder-hand syndrome. |
