摘    要:细胞间黏附分子 1(ICAM 1)参与动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展 ,是缺血性卒中的重要发病机制之一。ICAM 1基因K4 6 9E多态性与缺血性卒中的关系日益受到重视。研究表明 ,EE基因型明显增加卒中的危险性。

Abstract:Intercellular adhesion molecule-1 involves in the formation and development of atherosclerosi s, so it plays an important role in the pathogenesis of ischemic stroke. The rel ationship between the K469E polymorphism of the ICAM-1 gene and ischemic stroke is being appreciated increasingly. Studies have indicated that EE genotype may significantly increase the risk of ischemic stroke.
