| 摘 要： | 经痰液研制组研制的痰液溶解剂,使痰检质量有所提高,便于肺癌的人群普查。该试剂与国外试剂相比,接近进口试剂水平,而价格仅为进口试剂的15％。

| Abstract: | This agent by virtue of its liquifying ability can increase the positive rate of detecting cancer cells in the sputum. Hence it reduces frequency of sputum processing and, in turn, avoids the need to collect large amount of sputum render- ing it much easier to preserve as well as carriage. The efficacy of this agent approaches that of the Japanese product in terms of its phlegmolytic effect. The authors believe that this agent could supersede the conventional direct sputum smear technic. |
