建泽泻种子贮藏特性研究初报

目的研究建泽泻种子贮藏特性。方法采用牛皮纸袋和玻璃瓶包装泽泻种子,分别放置于常温下、干燥器内和4~10℃冰箱内贮藏,每隔2个月调查各贮藏处理的发芽率。结果泽泻种子的发芽率随贮藏时间的延长逐渐降低,常温常规贮藏半年,发芽率下降一半,贮藏1年,几乎丧失生活力,可见泽泻种子是短命的种子;瓶装4℃~10℃低温保存1年,仍有45.1%的发芽率,较常规贮藏的发芽率提高40%。结论瓶装4℃~10℃低温适宜泽泻种子贮藏。

Study on the Storage Characteristics of Alisma orientalis (Sam.) Juzep. Seed

Objective To study the storage characteristics of Alisma orientalis(Sam.) Juzep.seeds.Methods Seed were packed in clean bottle and bags of kraft paper and storage in different conditions,that is,normal atmospheric temperature,desiccator and refrigerator of temperature 4 ℃～10 ℃,germination percentage were observed a time every two months.Results The seed germination percentage of Alisma orientalis(Sam.) Juzep decreased with extension of storage period,and it decreased to 50% after storage for six months at normal ambient temperature,but its vigor had lost nearly after 12 months.The germination percentage of seed can reach over 45% storage in bottle after for 12 months at a low temperature between 4 ℃～10 ℃.Conclusion The best method to preserve the seed of Alisma orientalis(Sam.) Juzep.is with storage in bottle at low temperature between 4 ℃～10 ℃.
