紫杉醇联合顺铂、醛氢叶酸和氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期胃癌近期疗效观察

①目的 评价紫杉醇联合顺铂、醛氢叶酸和氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期胃癌疗效及安全性。②方法 52例胃癌病人，采用紫杉醇175mg／m^2，静脉滴注，第1、8天；顺铂40mg／m^2，静脉滴注，第2～4天；醛氢叶酸200mg／m^2，静脉滴注，第2～4天；氟尿嘧啶250mg／m^2，静脉推注，第2天，然后1500mg／m^2，72h持续静脉滴注。21d为1个周期，治疗2个周期后评定疗效。③结果 52例均可评价疗效，其中完全缓解3例，部分缓解24例，总有效率为51．9％。不良反应主要表现为白细胞减少和恶心、呕吐。④结论 紫杉醇联合顺铂、醛氢叶酸和氟尿嘧啶是治疗晚期胃癌较好的化疗方案。

EFFICACY OF COMBINATION THERAPY OF PACLITAXEL WITH CIS-PLATIN, LEUCOVORIN AND FLUOROURACIL FOR ADVANCED GASTRIC CANCER

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of combination use of paclitaxel (TAX) with cis platin (CDDP) , leucovorin (LV) and fluorouracil (Fu) for advanced gastric cancer. Methods Fifty two patients with advanced gastric cancer were treated. The treatment schedule was composed of TAX 175 mg/m 2, iv drip, day 1 and day 8; CDDP 40 mg/m 2, iv drip, day 2-4; LV 200 mg/m 2, iv drip, day 2-4; Fu 250 mg/m 2, iv, day 2, and 1 500 mg/m 2 infusion for 72 h. A treatment cycle lasted 21 days. The efficacy was evaluated after two cycles of the chemotherapy. Results Complete response in three cases and partial response in 24 cases were recorded, with the overall response rate being 51.9%. The main reactions of toxicity were neutropenia and nausea as well as vomiting. Conclusion The combination chemotherapy is a high response regimen for advanced gastric cancer with mild toxicity.
