C反应蛋白测定在儿童呼吸道感染的临床应用

目的 :探讨C反应蛋白 (CRP)的检测对儿童急性呼吸道感染的鉴别及疗效判断价值。方法 :将呼吸道感染患儿血清CRP与正常对照组 (无感染 )儿童血清CRP进行统计比较。结果 :( 1)急性呼吸道感染患儿血清CRP阳性率显著高于正常对照组 ,P <0 .0 1;( 2 )细菌感染时血清CRP水平和阳性率较病毒感染时显著升高 ,有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。 ( 3 )细菌感染后在疾病恢复期CRP迅速下降 ,疾病控制前后CRP水平显著下降 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :儿童急性呼吸道感染检测血清CRP水平对鉴别细菌和病毒感染 ,判断病情变化与疗效具有一定价值。

Application of c-reactive protein test in children with acute respiratory infection

Objective To evaluate the effect of c-creative protein(CRP) on differentiation and treatment acute respiratory infection in children. Methods The CRP value in serum of respiratory infection group and control group (normal children) was examined respectively. Results (1) The serum CRP positive rate in acute respiratory infection group was much higher than those in control group with a significant difference (P<0.01). (2)The CRP value reduced rapidly in recovery phase of disease. Conclusion The serum CRP test plays an important role in differentiating bacteria infection from virus infection and estimating therapeutic effect in acute respiratory infection in children.
