居民社区卫生服务意向影响因素的Logistic回归分析

通过对15岁及以上城市居民社区卫生服务意向影响因素的Logistsc分析，表明年龄、性别、职业是社区卫生服务意向的主要影响因素．女性较男性、年龄大者较年轻人更愿意得到社区卫生服务，并愿意与社区服务机构建立个人健康服务合同。结果提示：社区卫生服务的重点服务对象是妇女和老年人，建立健康服务合同，定期为社区居民提供卫生保健服务应予提倡。同时要针对其他人群的健康需要．提供经济、方便、快捷的卫生服务，促进社区卫生服务健康持续发展。

Logistic Analysis of Impacts on Intentions of Community Health Service of Citizens

To have knowledge of the intentions of community health service of citizens.A total of 1557 subjects aged above 15 were interviewed by two-stage random samplingindicating that age, sex, occupation were important factors that influence their intentions ofcommunity health service. The female, aged groups and patients were more inclined toaccept community health service than the male, younger and healthy people . Theoutcomes suggest that the main service target people of community health institutes are thefemale and aged groups. Community health institutes should try their best to meet thedemand of community health service of citizens.
