改良Madigan 前列腺切除术及其并发症的防治

目的　探讨改良Madigan前列腺切除术的临床效果。方法　 1997年 6月～ 1999年 8月对 35例前列腺增生症施行了改良Madigan前腺切除手术。 结果　 35例均手术成功。术后随访 3～ 2 5mo ,效果满意 ,并发症少。结论　改良Madigan前列腺切除术是治疗前列腺增生症较理想的手术。掌握手术操作要点及适应证是取得良好手术效果的关键。

Modified madigan prostatectomy and prophylactico - therapy of the operative complications

Objective To evaluate the clinical effecancy of modified Madigan protatectomy for benign prostate hypertrophy (BPH). Methods From Jun. 1997 to Aug. 1999, modified Madigan prostatectomy was conducted for 35 cases of patients with BPH. Results The procedure have been satisfactory in all with less complication in following-up period for 3～25 months. Conclusions The modified Madigan prostatectomy is an ideal surgical procedure for the treatment of BPH. With the grasp of the operative gist and indications of the operation is the key to gain of the good reaults.
