医学生内科学临床实践技能培训方法探析

针对目前医学生临床诊疗操作机会减少以及临床动手能力普遍下降的问题，本文探讨了加强内科学临床实践技能培训和提高医学生临床实践能力的有效方法。通过加强内科学临床教师培训、医学生入科实习前教育、病史采集和体格检查训练、常规穿刺强化训练和医疗文书书写洲练，提高了医学生的临床实践技能，取得了良好的教学效果。

Discussion on the methods of strengthening medical students' clinical skill training of internal medicine

For the situation of decreasing in performance opportunity and the practical skills among medical students in clinical settings,We explored the effective methods of strengthening clinical skill training and method of improving clinical practice ability for medical students by strengthening the teachers'training and encouragement,reinforcing the instruction before clerkship,improving medical students' abilities on history-taking,physical examination,medical record writing and puncture operation.The results showed that the medical students' clinical skills had been greatly improved.
