两种短程三联疗法治疗儿童幽门螺杆菌感染疗效评价

目的：评价两种三联疗法对儿童幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染的疗效。方法：采用^13C尿素呼吸试验（^13C-UBT）确诊为Hp感染的患儿85例，随机分为A组45例，B组40例。A组予阿莫西林-克拉维酸、克拉霉素和奥美拉唑，疗程1周；B组予阿莫西林、克拉霉素和奥美拉唑，疗程2周。结果：A、B组Hp根除率分别为93．3％和92．5％，临床症状缓解率、3个月后^13C-UBT阳性率亦无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：阿莫西林克拉维酸、克拉霉素和奥美拉唑疗程1周的三联疗法是治疗儿童HP感染简单、经济、有效的治疗方法。

Evaluation of two different triple therapies on helicobacter pylori infection in children

Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effects of two different triple therapies on helicobacter pylri(Hp) infection in children.Methods: Eighty-five Hp infectious children confirmed by using 13C-UBT were randomly divided into group A and group B.Group A was given amoxicillin-clavulantic acid,clarithromycin and omeprazole for one week while the group B was given the same dosages of amoxicillin,clarithromycin and omeprazole for two weeks.Results: HP eradication rate in group A was 93.3% and in group B was 92.5%,the positive rate of 13C-UBT in group A was 2/33 3 months after treatment completed and that in group B was 2/27.There was not significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusions: The triple therapy composed of amoxicillin-clavulantic acid,clarithromycin and omeprazole for one week was simple and effective in eradicating HP infection in children.
