YKL-40和VEGF在尖锐湿疣组织中的表达及意义

摘    要:目的探讨人类软骨糖蛋白-39和血管内皮细胞生长因子在尖锐湿疣组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测33例尖锐湿疣组织和10例正常包皮组织中YKL-40和VEGF的表达。结果尖锐湿疣组织中YKL-40和VEGF阳性强度多在(■)~(■),正常对照组多在(-)~(+),两种蛋白表达阳性强度分别和正常对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两种蛋白表达的相关性(r=0.27,P>0.05)及在不同临床因素的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尖锐湿疣组织中存在YKL-40和VEGF过表达,YKL-40和VEGF的过表达可能对尖锐湿疣的发生发展有一定作用。

Abstract:Objevtive To explore the expression of YKL-40 and vascular endothelial cell growth factor(VEGF) in condyloma acuminatum(CA) and their roles. Methods The expression of YKL-40 and VEGF were analyzed by immunocytochemical staining with streptavidin-peroxidase (SP) in tissue specimens from the lesions of 33 patients with CA and foreskin from 10 normal human controls. Results The expressions of YKL-40 and VEGF varied mostly from positive (++) to strongly positive (+++) in CA compared with negative(-) and positive(+) in normal foreskins.The expression of YKL-40 and VEGF in CA were obviously higher than that in normal human controls(P<0.05).But no correlation was found between the expression of YKL-40 and VEGF in CA(r=0.27,P>0.05).The same results were in the expression of YKL-40 and VEGF in different clinical factors(P>0.05). Conclusion there is an overexpression of YKL-40 and VEGF in CA,which may be an role in the occurrence and development of CA.
