| 摘 要： | 目的分析混合外固定治疗C2、C3型Pilon骨折的临床价值。方法 2004年9月至2009年9月,采用混合外固定治疗C2、C3型Pilon骨折21例。结果所有患者获得随访,随访时间1～2年,平均1.3年。参照Mazur制定的踝关节功能评分标准,优12例,良6例,可2例,差1例。优良率85.7%。结论混合外固定是治疗C2、C3型Pilon骨折的一种有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the effect of limited internal fixation combined with external fixation for Pilon fractures of C2 and C3 type. Methods From sep,2004 to sep,2009,21 cases of Pilon fractures of C2 and C3 type were treated by limited internal fixation combined with external fixation. Results All cases were followed up for 1 to 2 years,average 1. 3 years. According to the ankle score of Mazur,the results were excellent in 12 cases,good in 6,fair in 2 and poor in 1,the excellent and good rate was 85. 7% . Conclusion Limited internal fixation combined with external fixation has some advantages of fewer complications and function recovery in the treatment of Pilon fracture of C2 and C3 type. |
