| 摘 要： | 目的 :评价 MR胰胆管造影 (MRCP)显示胆道梗阻部位 ,确定梗阻原因的能力。材料与方法 :2 1例梗阻性黄疸的患者在西门子 Impact 1.0 T超导系统上进行了 MRCP检查。结果 :MRCP显示胆道梗阻部位的准确性达10 0 %。 MRCP确定梗阻原因的准确性达 71.4%。结论 :无损伤性的 MR胰胆管造影在梗阻性黄疸的诊断中具有很高的敏感性 ,准确性。它是一种可选择的 ,有应用价值的影像学新方法

| Abstract: | Purpose:To evaluate the accuracy of MR Cholangiopancreatography(MRCP)in demonstrating the site and cause of bile duct obstruction.Materials and methods:Twentyone patients with clinical biliary obstruction underwent MRPC with Siemens Impact 1.0 T.Results:The accuracy of MRCP for evaluating the site of obstruction was 100%.The accuracy for evaluating the cause of obstruction was 71.4%.Conclusion:MRCP is a noninvasive technique with excellent accuracy in the diagonsis of bile duct obstruction.It as a new altenative method of imaging technique is clinically valuable. |
