16层螺旋CT在胃癌诊断中的应用价值

目的探讨16层螺旋CT（MSCT）在胃癌诊断中的应用价值。方法对46例经胃镜组织活检证实的胃癌患者行16层螺旋CT平扫及三期（动脉期、静脉期和平衡期）动态增强扫描,分析其检查结果,并与手术病理结果相比较。结果胃癌的螺旋CT表现主要为胃壁增厚,胃壁多层结构破坏,胃腔内或外软组织肿块,伴有溃疡、胃周浸润、淋巴结转移。增强后病变胃壁异常强化,术前CT正确分期43例（93%）。结论16层螺旋CT三期动态增强扫描对胃癌患者的术前分期诊断有较高价值,对指导胃癌手术及判断预后具有重要意义。

Application value of 16 screw CT diagnoses at the stomach cancer

Objective To explore the 16 slice spiral CT（MSCT） application value in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.Methods Forty-six cases confirmed by endoscopic biopsy of gastric cancer underwent 16 slice spiral CT scan and three phase（arterial phase,venous phase and equilibrium phase dynamic enhanced scan）,the test results were analyzed,and compared with the results of operation and pathology.Results The spiral CT findings of gastric cancer mainly for the thickening of the gastric wall,the damage of gastric multilayer structure,the soft tissue mass inside or outside the stomach,associated with ulcer,infiltration,lymph node metastasis and the abnormal enhancement of the gastric wall,preoperative CT staging correctly in 43 cases（93%）.Conclusion The 16 layer three phase enhanced spiral CT scanning in the preoperative staging of gastric cancer patients have a higher value,is of great significance to guide the operation and judge the prognosis of gastric cancer.
