骨质疏松物理治疗的进展

摘    要:骨质疏松症是一种中老年人易患的骨骼性疾病,目前骨质疏松症的治疗方法主要有物理疗法、药物疗法和运动疗法等,相比其他几种方法,物理疗法具有较小副作用的优点,然而现有的关于物理疗法的研究仅仅是对低频脉冲电磁场疗法、超短波疗法、体外脉冲疗法和联合疗法中的一种进行研究,因此,具有一定的局限性,并不能充分、全面地体现现有物理治疗方法的研究工作进展.因此,为了更全面阐释物理治疗方法的相关研究工作,笔者分别从低频脉冲电磁场疗法、超短波疗法、体外脉冲疗法和联合疗法等方面加以总结,并着重阐释了低频脉冲电磁场疗法,描述了其治疗机理,从骨密度、骨组织形态和生物力学特性等方面对其治疗效果进行评价.同时,对其他物理疗法进行了大致说明.

Abstract:Osteoporosis is a bone disease, to which the middle-aged and elderly people are susceptible. Currently, the main treatment of osteoporosis includes physical therapy, drug therapy, and exercise therapy. Compared with other methods, physical therapy has the advantage of lesser side effects. However, research about physical therapy focused only on one of the follows, including low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic field therapy, ultrashort wave therapy, in vitro pulse therapy, and combined therapy. It has some limitation and cannot reflect the existing research progress of physical therapy. Thus, in order to illustrate the related research work about the physical therapy, this paper summarizes some methods including low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic field therapy, ultrashort wave therapy, in vitro pulse therapy, and combined therapy. This paper emphasizes low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic field therapy in detail, elucidating the mechanism of the treatment and evaluating the treatment effect from aspects of bone mineral density, bone tissue morphology, and biomechanics characteristics. Meanwhile, other physical therapies are illustrated in general.
