| 摘 要： | 目的：从生物力学角度探讨肱骨远端复杂性骨折的治疗情况。方法：2003年3月-2007年12月，手术治疗肱骨远端复杂性骨折23例，按A0／Asig分型，C．型9例、C2型8例、C3型6例。合并尺神经损伤6例，行尺神经前移8例。所有病例在伤后72h内施行手术。经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路，注重关节面解剖复位和准确对位对线（尤其是对线），AO重建钢板或加解剖钢板经塑形固定。术后1周行主、被动功能锻炼，术后6个月内不作负重活动。结果：术后均作随访，随访时间8～65个月，平均26个月。根据Mayo评定标准，优良率82．6％，C2-C3骨折优良率78．6％。结论：经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路及用AO重建钢板或加解剖钢板固定术的暴露好、创伤小、固定牢靠，其符合生物力学固定，为早期功能锻炼打下基础。

| Abstract: | Objective:From biomechanical to treatment of complex distal humeral fracture.Methods:From Mar 2003 to Dec 2007,23 cases of complex distal humeral fractures were reviewed,which involved 17 males and 6 females with an average age of 38.2 years (ranges,21-65 years).
