外周动静脉双管同步换血治疗新生儿溶血性黄疸32例疗效分析

目的:探讨经外周动静脉双管同步换血治疗新生儿溶血性黄疸的临床疗效。方法:对32例新生儿溶血性黄胆患儿采用经外周动静脉双管同步换血治疗,观察评价治疗效果。结果:32例新生儿在换血过程中生命体征平稳,未见出血表现,血清总胆红素和未结合胆红素显着下降(P<0.01);换血后32例新生儿血钾、钙浓度下降(P<0.01),但仍在正常范围;血糖稍高,血钠无显著性差异(P>0.05)。未发生严重代谢紊乱、栓塞及局部感染等并发症。结论:经外周动静脉双管同步换血疗法是治疗新生儿溶血性黄疸的有效措施。
