代币制疗法对住院综合征的疗效观察

目的：探讨代币制疗法对住院综合征的辅助治疗作用。方法：对60例有住院综合征的慢性精神分裂症患者在药物治疗同时进行了6个月代币制疗法，采取阴性症状量表（SANS）和护士用住院病人观察量表（NOSIE）于治疗前后分别进行疗效评定。结果:经代币制疗法后，SANS总分及各因子分均显著低于治疗前，NOSIE总分及总消极因素分亦然，总积极因素分显著高于治疗前。结论：在精神药物治疗的基础上，辅以代币制疗法，可改善住院综合征，使衰退好转。

Efficacy of token economy therapy in institutional syndromes

Objective:To explore the efficacy of token economy therapy in institutional syndrome. Method:Sixty chronic schizophrenic patients with institutional syndrome received standerd medications and six months of token economy therapy.The efficacy was evaluated by the scale for assessment of negative symptoms (SANS) and nurses' observation scale for inpatient evaluation (NOSIE) before and after treatment. Results:After treatment,the total scores and all factorial scores of SANS decreased significantly,the total scores and negative factorial scores of NOSIE decreased significantly,the positive factorial scores of NOSIE increased significantly. Conclusion:Combining with standard drug therapy,token economy therapy can improve insitutional syndrome,reduce regression in chronic schizophrenic patients
