当归、莪术、延胡索及其相互配伍对兔胸主动脉条的作用

摘    要:目的探讨当归、莪术与延胡索相互配伍对其活血、利气的影响。方法采用体外动脉条试验,分别给予当归、莪术、延胡索及其配伍样品的乙醇提取物,观察离体胸主动脉条对去甲肾上腺素(NE)的反应。结果当归和延胡索对NE引起的动脉条收缩有解痉作用,莪术仅在大剂量下有作用,当归与莪术配伍和当归与延胡索配伍拮抗NE收缩动脉作用下降,延胡索与莪术配伍拮抗NE作用弱于延胡索,3者配伍有显著抑制NE的作用,作用强度大于各供试样品,阿魏酸与延胡索乙素是抑制NE收缩动脉的活性物质。结论3者俩俩配伍并不使其抑制NE作用增强,3者配伍可产生最佳效应作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of quickening the blood and move qi of Radix Angelical Sinensis(Danggui),Rhizoma Curcumae(Ezhu),Rhizoma Corydalis(YanHuSuo)and their each other compatibility.METHOD The test of arterial streak exposed to alcohol extract substance of Danggui, Ezhu, Yanhusuo and their compatibilities respectively in vitro, and the responses of isolate thorcic aorta induced by norepinephrine (NE) were observed.RESULTS Danggui and Yanhusuo had the effects of spasinolysis on contractive thoracaort exposed to NE , Ezhu had the effects only in large dosage . The effects of Danggui compatible with Ezhu and Danggui compatible with Yanhusuo on antagonizing contractive thoracaort induced by NE were lower, Yanhusuo compatible with Ezhu was lower than Yanhusuo on antagonizing the contractive affects exposed to NE in arterial streak. Threes compatible have remarkable depress affects on thoracic aorta contraction induced by NE, its intension was greater than their samples respectively. Ferulic acid and di-tetrahydropalmatine were the actire substances on inhibiting induced by NE.CONCLUSION The effect of both subjects compatible on inhibiting the NE is not enhance contraction of thoracic aorta while three compatible can produce optimum effects.
