| 摘 要： | 目的观察联合应用压宁定和多巴胺治疗难治性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法对35例难治性心力衰竭的患者用微量注射泵持续泵入压宁定和多巴胺，疗程3—5d。观察治疗心力衰竭的效果。结果治疗后心力衰竭控制显效67．5％，有效22．9％，无效11．4％。结论联合应用压宁定扣多巴胺治疗难治性心力衰竭安全、有效，无明显不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of urapidil with dopamine in treatment of refractory heart failure. Methods Urapidil and dopamine infusion continuously with syringe pump for 3 - 5days. The clinical therapeutic efficacy. Results The race of most effective was 65.7%, effective 22.9%, and less effective 11.4%. Conelusion The eombined usage of urapidil with dopamine is safe and effective in treatment of refractory heart failure. |
