| 摘 要： | 目的观察辨证施护配合刺血拔罐治疗带状疱疹的效果。方法将70例带状疱疹患者按人选单双日分为观察组与对照组各35例。对照组采用常规治疗及护理，观察组在常规治疗及护理护理基础上采用辨证施护及刺血拔罐治疗。结果观察组治疗效果，止痛、止疱、结痂及疗程时间均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．01）。随访发现，观察组后遗神经痛发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论辨证施护配合刺血拔罐治疗带状疱疹起效时间快，后遗神经痛发生率低，疗效显著。
