| 摘 要： | 目的 观察慢性萎缩性胃炎及伴肠化、不典型增生病变的PCNA,EGFR变化的规律及其意义.方法 采用免疫组织化学方法检测CSG 12例、CAG 21例、IM 20例、DYS 22例胃黏膜PCNA,EGFR的表达.结果 从CSG,CAG到IM,DYS,随胃黏膜病变的加重PCNA,EGFR表达递增,CSG与CAG组比较二者表达无显著差异(P＜0.05);二者在IM组比CSG,CAG组升高,差异有显著性(P＜0.05);DYS组较IM组PCNALI升高,差异具有显著性(P＜0.05),EGFR表达无显著差异(P＜0.05).结论 胃黏膜病变加重伴肠化和不典型增生可能通过PCNA,EGFR的过度表达而促进细胞增殖和恶性转化.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the variation of PCNA and EGFR in patients with CAG and the pathological of gastric mucosa with IM and DYS.Methods Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expression of PCNA and EGFR in 12 cases of CSG,21 cases of CAG,23 cases of IM and 22 cases of DYS.Results In CSG,CAG,IM,DYS,the positive rates of PCNA and EGFR were increased.CAG to CSG,they were found no marked difference(P>0.05);IM to CAG and CSG,they were found marked difference(P<0.05);PCNALI were higher in DYS than IM,and it was found marked difference(P<0.05),but the expression of EGFR was found no marked difference(P>0.05).Conclusions The increase of PCNA and EGFR in IM and DYS may play important role in promoting carcinogenesis by affecting cell proliferation. |
