| 摘 要： | 本文报告使用UPG-87导向穿刺器导向穿刺各种疾病106例.共穿刺172次,穿刺成功164次(95.3％)。失败8次(4.7％)。提出了导向穿刺器导向穿刺的主动和被动原理;介绍了导向穿刺器穿刺中的一些改进方法;对穿刺角度、皮肤穿刺点的选择。穿刺引导线或标记的设立和穿刺角度表的制定也作了讨论。

| Abstract: | The guided puncture with UPG-87 guided puncture outfit was performed on 106 various diseases. There were 164(95. 3%) success and 8(4. 7%) failure in all 172 punctures. The active and passive principles of the guided puncture with the guided puncture outfit were advanced. Some improved methods in the guided puncture were introduced. The selection of puncture angle, the puncture point on skin, the establishment of guided line or mark of puncture and the tabulation of puncture angle were all dicussed. |
