双胎分娩方式与妊娠结局的关系

目的探讨双胎分娩方式与妊娠结局的关系。方法将本院98例双胎妊娠产妇按分娩方式分为阴道分娩组及剖宫产组,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果两组的孕周、产后出血率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),剖宫产组新生儿体重显著高于阴道分娩组(P<0.01),两组第1胎分娩新生儿窒息率差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),而第2胎分娩新生儿窒息率剖宫产组显著低于阴道分娩组(P<0.05)。结论正确选择双胎妊娠的分娩方式,将有助于降低剖宫产率及新生儿窒息率。

Study on the relationship between the mode of delivery and pregnancy outcome in twin pregnancy

Objective To study the rdlationship between delivery mode and pregnancy outcome in twin pregnancy. Methods 98 twin pregnancy women in our hosipital were divided into two groups: cesarean section and vaginal delivery. The date were analyzed retrospectively. Results There was no difference in pregnant week and postpartum hemorrhage in two grups(P>0.05),neonatal weight of cesarean section was higher than that of vaginal delivery (P<0.01).No significant difference was shown in neonatal asphyxia of first fetal in the two groups(P>0.05),however the incidence of neonatal asphyxia of second fetal in cesarean section was much lower than that in vaginal delivery(P<0.05).Conclusion The right mode of delivery can decrease the incidence of cesarean section and neonatal asphyxia.
