| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨无保护左主干病变选择性支架术的安全性和疗效。方法 共选择无保护左主干病变患者16例,分析其临床、X线影像学特征、手术成功率。结果 16例均获成功,术中及术后随访9个月,无主要心血管不良事件发生。结论 无保护左主干病变支架置入术在技术熟练的介入医生操作下是较安全有效的治疗手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of coronary artery stenting on unprotected left main disease.Methods 16 patients with unprotected left main disease had been enrolled from March,1999 to July,2003.Clinical characteristics,angiographic results,success rate,severe complications and the results of following up were analyzed.Results The success rate of the procedure was 100%,The average time of following up was 9 months,no Mace(acute myocardial infarction,emergent CABG,sudden death, and revascularization) occured.Conclusion Coronary artery stenting of unprotected left main disease is safe and may be an effective replacement of surgical bypass in selected patients with normal heart function. |
