食管癌组织端粒酶活性的研究

目的：检测食管癌及周围非癌食管粘膜活性、了解食管癌发生可能的分子生物学基础。方法：应用ＴＲＡＰ法对３３例食管及１８例癌周正常食管粘膜进行端粒酶活性测定。结果：食管癌组织２８例（８４．８％）表达阳性，癌周组织２例（１１．１％）表达阳性。端粒酶活性表达与食管的性别，民族，肿瘤部位，分化程度，有无淋巴结转移等似乎无关。结论：端粒酶活化与食管癌发生有关，并可为食管肿瘤早期诊断与治疗提供可靠的指标与线索

Detection of telomerase activity in tumor tissues from patients with esophageal carcinoma

Objective:To detect the telomerase activity in human esophageal carcinoma and tumor adjacent tissues and investigate the possible molecular mechanism of esophageal carcinogenesis. Methods:Telomerase activities were examined in 33 cases of esophageal carcinomas and 18 tumor adjacent tissues by TRAP assay. Results:Twenty eight of 33 (84.8%) cancer tissues and 2 of 18 (11.1%) tumor adjacent tissues revealed clearly positive for telomerase activity. A significant difference of the expression rate of telomerase activity was found between carcinoma and tumor adjacent tissue (P< 0.05 ). No significant correlation was found between telomerase activity and sex,nation of patients,location,differentiated grade of tumor and lymph nodes metastasis Conclusion:The presence of telomerase activity may play an important role in esophageal carcinogenesis and it will offer a new clue for malignant lesion diagnosis and treatment.
