| 摘 要： | 本课题对重庆市原发性肺癌病例作了1：2配对研究，探讨肺癌发病的危险因素。结果支持吸烟与肺癌的联系，在女性中被动吸烟是重要的危险因素，并发现精神因素在男女两组都是不可忽视的危险因子；慢支与肺癌仍然有密切的关系。同时揭示城市中居住条件的改善，特别注意厨房通风条件，减少居室微小气候的污染，是防止肺癌发生的重要环节。

| Abstract: | :According to the design of 1: 2matching,we conduceda case-control study of primary lung
cancer in respect to the risk factors in Chongqing. Statistical analysis was performed using singer variable and
conditional Logistic regression model. Confirming the relation between smoking and lung cancer, the results
show that passive smoking is an important risk factor in women and psychic factor plays an important role in
pathogenesis of lung cancer, the other risk factor is chronic bronchitis. Therefore, improving microclimate con-
dition of room is important in preventing lung cancer. |
