| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨自体骨髓干细胞(BMSC)治疗脊髓损伤的围手术期护理.方法:对16例患者术前做好心理、饮食、药物护理,完善各项评估和检查;术中做好配合工作;术后严密观察生命体征,预防感染、给氧,体位摆放和康复功能锻炼.结果:16例患者均获不同程度的恢复,未发生护理并发症.结论:科学的围手术期护理是提高手术成功率、减少并发症的重要保证.
